The Healing Hearts Run returns on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Royal Roads University.
This is a space for our community—for connection, remembrance, and healing. Whether you walk, run, or simply come to be with others who understand, you’re welcome here.
Last year, over 200 of us gathered and together raised $40,000 to ensure others receive the support so many of us have needed. This year, we hope to raise $60,000 to expand these services.
What this support provides:
- $50 supports a mindfulness class
- $100 covers a counselling session
- $250 funds a full 6-week program
- $500+ provides ongoing care for a family
We’ll have a 5K run and 2K walk, with more details on registration and participation coming soon.
