Touching the Earth – A One-Day Meditation Retreat for Fertility Support
The Pacific Perinatal Foundation is proud to be hosting this retreat during Canadian Fertility Awareness Week. Participants will be in silence for most of the day while the instructor leads a variety of practices and shares strategies to help cope with the stress and/or grief of the fertility journey.
Registration is open to anyone who has been struggling with fertility – trying to conceive, recovering from early pregnancy loss, or perhaps in the tender early weeks of a new pregnancy. (Note – we will not be sharing details about our fertility journey together). The retreat will be held in a safe, supportive environment of belonging and being together in community.
Join us for a day of self care and well-being with guided meditation, mindful yoga, and walking practice amongst the moss and trees of a beautiful 135 acre nature sanctuary. This day of practice will be an opportunity to rest in silence and be touched by the quiet and beauty of the land.
Whether you are new to meditation or have previous experience with practice, all are welcome.
